Shipping policies –
JSPL will ensure that the products are delivered in the fastest possible time and in best condition.
We provide free delivery within municipal limits of 10 kms for all orders placed.
Cancellation Policies –
- In case the order has been placed through “Pay Now” option, the order can be cancelled by the customer within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched from the dealer’s outlet, whichever is earlier.
- The amount will be transferred to customer’s bank account (through which the payment was made) after deducting the applicable standard payment gateway transaction charges.
- If the cancellation request is placed after 24 hours or after the order is dispatched from dealer’s outlet, the request will be rejected and the customer shall take the material.
- In case the cancellation request has been accepted, the amount will be transferred to customer’s bank account within 10 working days.
- Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
- Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
- We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
- We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your bank account has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Bank Account.
Return policies -
Construction products / materials involve significant logistic cost. Since significant logistic cost is incurred in delivery of world class Jindal Panther products, Jindal Panther follows restrictive return policy. The following return policy applies to items purchased online through Jindal Panther e-portal, after the material has been dispatched by our channel partners:
- Products are not as per the applicable quality standard or not as customer order.
- The alleged disputed products in the event of return of material should be unused and unaltered from its original packing and product condition.
- In all circumstances the alleged disputed products prior to return must be stored with proper care so that it is received by us in the original condition as dispatched.
- All return request post-dispatch and confirming to condition as mentioned in sl no 1 above can only be processed / accepted within 7 days of delivery of material.
- All acceptance of return is as per the discretion of JSPL.
